Owner Cody Fagg has spent over 12 years working on Caterpillar heavy equipment across Northern Nevada. From engine diagnostics and rebuilds to hydraulic systems, undercarriage work, and electrical troubleshooting, he has handled the full range of repairs that keep construction and mining fleets running.
CNR Diesel & Field Service was started to solve a problem every contractor knows: dealer service is expensive and slow, and shop turnaround on a downed machine can cost more than the repair itself. Going mobile means the truck shows up where the machine sits, and the repair happens then and there whenever possible.

CNR Diesel is MSHA certified and mine site ready, NDOT and OSHA compliant, with a current drug and alcohol program, full jobsite safety procedures, and certificates of insurance available on request. Additional insured endorsements provided when needed.
Coverage carried includes $1,000,000 commercial general liability, $1,000,000 commercial auto liability, $2,000,000 umbrella coverage, workers’ compensation, garage liability, inland marine on tools, and a Nevada state surety bond.
